FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your children's happiness, comfort, and safety are the most important things to us.   

We've outlined below the most frequently asked questions but please feel free to contact us if we've missed anything.​

Can I host my party outside?
No. The Tents are not waterproof and can only be used indoors.​

Do you stay and host the sleepover parties?

No. We come to your house, set up the sleepover party and then leave. We return the day after to collect everything.​

Is there a minimum age for Little Teepees Sleepovers?

No. Children should be supervised at all times.​

How are your items cleaned?

We take great care in making sure everything is in pristine condition. After each use the textiles are washed in sensitive washing liquid and mattresses and cushions cleaned and disinfected.​

How long is the hire period?

All tents and other hire items are set up on the day of the sleepover at a mutually agreed time. Collection is made the day after no later than 12 noon. It is generally no problem to extend the hire period when required but this will incur an additional cost.

Is the bedding and linen provided?

Yes, along with a mattress protector, duvet protector and pillow protectors. Also fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillow and duvet.​

Is the bedding washed after ever use?

Yes. we take the hygiene of our bedding very seriously. All bedding is washed and/or disinfected after each use. All bedding is washed in anti-bacterial and non-biological detergents and fabric softeners.

What kind of mattresses do you use?

We use luxury blow up camping mattresses with mattress protectors. Size 89cm x 157cm. ​

Do I need to supply power?

No. Our lights are battery powered.​

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

After confirming the date of your sleepover party you are required to pay a £50 holding deposit to complete your booking.

This deposit is paid back on collection of the hire equipment after inspection for damages. The Booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of your sleepover.

What happens if something gets damaged?

If items are damaged beyond repair the cost of the replacement item will be taken from your deposit.​

When do I need to Pay?

Payment in full is due one week before the agreed date of the sleepover. We accept bank transfer or PayPal.​

Do I need to wash any items?

No. We just ask that everything is left in the area where it was set up. Please also leave all lights as they are as they can be easily broken if removed.​

How much room do I need?

Each Tee Pee is 120cm diameter The overall approximate area required including the tray is 90cm width x 247cm length.​

How long does it take to set up in your house?

On average our parties take about 1 hour to 90 minutes to set up. The exact time depends on the size of the parties and if balloon decor is included. ​

We cover Glasgow East and surrounding areas.
